Hot Nails and Waxing

I went there today. Although they were extremely busy, they managed to fit me in. I booked an appointment for acrylics, they are beautiful, better than Galaxy Nails. The nail technicians are kind and very professional. Very pleased with the results!

This is the best nail bar I have been to.
Normally I avoid these places like the plaque as most off them do a dreadful job .your nail varnish is gone in a day or two
But I was pleasantly surprised here excellent manicure and pedicure .
Most importantly.,nail varnish stayed on all week. Finally found a nail bar worth revisiting.

Awful nail salon. Had my nails done yesterday, the lady that did my nails was rude and extremely rough with the electric files, so much so that she kept catching my fingers and making them bleed. My nails don't look great at all. Avoid this salon and stick to one you know, where staff are polite and welcoming!

Awful! They are rude from the minute I walked in there . Every clients gets treated different ( clients who sat next to me was offered drinks est) and as I work within the beauty industry I know how clients should be treated . When I asked for a different shape after my acrylic had been done she huffed and out her had on her head and I quaote “why didn’t you tell me before ! “ (I told her don’t worry. And still didn’t get my shape I wanted) not only that . Everyone who has seen my nails has she to go back because the painting was awful!! It looks like a 5 year old would of done a better job . If I new how to upload pictures I would. But I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go here! And I won’t be going back . Shame as I get my nails done regularly and I’m a good customer

Absolutely Horrible.
I went there to get my waxing and nails done. The Asian lady there was so disinterested. She had zero qualifications in waxing. She had no idea what she was doing, just randomly putting wax wherever she felt like on my arm and pulling my hair. After 2-3 patches, she moved on to my next arm. I interrupted her and I told her there's still a lot of area she hasn't covered, she said no I can't see any hair. And she refused to do it. When I asked her if there was any other staff member who could do it, she simply said No!
I walked out and the rest of the staff didn't even bother knowing the matter.
Horrible services. I do not recommend it.

This has to be the actual worst place I have ever experienced! Absolute Terrible service!
Not only are they rude, but they constantly talk amongst themselves in their language whilst looking at you as if they are talking directly about you. I wanted a simple infill and was in this dreadful place for over 2.5 hours! My nails look appalling! They are so bad I don't even want to return to complain! I have had them 3 days and some have fallen off the others look as though they have been on weeks they are disgusting & look shabby & are so badly painted! Just gross! Not worth 40p let alone the £40 I was charged for the abortion of a job they have done! Will definitely never ever return! They need to be shut down! If nail bars did a food type rating they would have been closed long time ago!

Went here this week for shellac because the usual salon I go to was too busy. Was an absolutely awful experience and I will never go back. The previous colour was not taken off properly, then as she started to paint my nails she noticed cotton wool specs underneath the base coat. The polish looks like it’s been painted by a 5 year old. It was such an awful experience that I won’t even go back to have it corrected.

A very thorough no frills pedicure.. which is exactly why I go there.. always get good results and my toenails looks great.
