Guildford Nails

Having moved back to Guildford recently, I was looking for somewhere to get my nails maintained.
I came in for acrylic infills, I was seated immediately and the ladies were very polite.
But the finished results are disappointing, i usually pay £25 for acrylic infills and gel polish, I was charged £32 for the same procedure but with amateur results. Upon questioning the prices listed in their window and the price I was charged I was told the owner has been on the phone, sorry.
The powder has been applied too thickly and not evenly smoothed, the application has seeped to the cuticle bed, I know within 2 days this will cause catching on fibres, hair and result in lifting. The edges are rough and my cuticles left completely untouched. The shape is okay and the lady was very thorough and kept checking I was happy with the shape, but the uneven powder makes the shape look off.
Could I do a better job myself, no. But I won’t return to this store.

Paid £38 for a shellac manicure but unfortunately they’ve already started peeling off under a week later. Does say in the shop that you can come in up until 7 days later (only if you have a receipt) to fix any nails but almost all of mine are peeling and I wasn’t given a receipt. Nice service but won’t be returning due to the price/nails not lasting

I got Acrylic nails with gel polish and it was £48! Very expensive! The nails are very poorly done! Non the same size nor are they all the same shape (I went with coffin). I will not be going back the only nice part is the colour of the nails….

I paid £58 for acrylic nails which for starters is very expensive especially for what I got !
It’s been about two days and I have already had 3 nails snap off, and not because of my they have legitimately fallen or or just snapped as I’ve licks something up.
The nails ladies took way to long as well to do them compared to other stores and one of the ladies came across very rude and was not happy when I asked for them to be shorter when the asked.
I will NOT be visiting again

I made a simply polish with a natural colour and it is cost £32.
I very recommend if you want to come here to do your nail please find the Indonesia lady to help you do it! She is really nice and do my nail very well and pretty! It is really worth! She really follows what I want and made it for me perfectly.
The other lady are basically Chinese and they are really rude and impolite. Not recommended but highly recommended to let the Indonesian lady to do it for you! :)

We got acrylic nail extensions and LOVE THEM! Amazing service, very clean and lovely and friendly. The nail technicians all made sure each set was perfect! Affordable pricing and so many designs and colours to choose from. Highly recommend and will be returning ❤️💅🏽

I came here for a manicure and pedicure for my birthday celebrations and was not happy with the result of my manicure. The cuticle care was rushed and I was cut to bits. They were more concerned with who was coming into the shop and not taking care of my nails. The result was messy and when I told them I wasn’t happy they asked what was wrong with them and couldn’t see what was messy about them. They did remove them and didn’t charge me. But customer service wasn’t great. Even when they put my hands in the acetone to soak off, my hands were cut from the ‘cuticle care’ and drilling it really hurt so I took my hands out with pain and she forced my hands back into the bowl quite forcefully! Awful experience! I left feeling really upset and had to take my custom else where! Will never come back here again! I don’t recommend!

Really friendly lady I had. Most places rush but she spent a nice really long time making them absolutely perfect ! And brushing off all the bits really thorough Will be returning think this is my new regular one now ! Had lots of nice compliments from friends and family how nice they are. Asking where I went. A nice tip well deserved ! :)
