Absolutely amazing service. I was seen and seated right away, and not only did they give me a flawless infill, they fixed the shape and length the previous salon totally botched on my first enhancement. The tech was friendly and informative, and was totally transparent about the durability of the polish used, but didn't try to push me into going for something more expensive. Very relaxing, therapeutic atmosphere, no pressure to make awkward small talk. On top of that, the prices were reasonable and 100% clearly posted, the work area was clean, and everything you expect is included in the base price, whereas some other places have hidden costs such as having one nail a different colour. Will absolutely be going here from now on. Thankyou Nails and Beauty for my wonderful nails and excellent experience.

i went in asking for a simple design and they stated that they don’t do it, however i look to my left and they were doing it on another girl, i had to wait 20 minutes while getting my nails done with no one as two people went out, however a man came to me after and when he was doing my acrylics he was yanking my arm towards him quite aggressively but there was no question from him asking if i could move my arm towards him.

This place is awful. Been getting my nails done here for over 4 years. My friend had a £40 voucher bought for her for Christmas. Due to Covid and a thyroid disorder she was unable to make an appointment until now. The voucher states 6 months till it expires but they crossed it out and put 3. Even though we have been coming for years they were so rude about it and wouldn’t even consider letting the few weeks its over the 3 months slide… so basically they have pocketed £40 for nothing. No loyalty!! Will never go here again!!!!!!

Place to get your nails done and they also accept walk-in's. You get complimentary drinks upon arrival. It was my first time there and I didnt have an appointment however I was attended to after a relatively short waiting time.
I was unaware that it was a cash only business, however they trusted me enough to go use a cash machine and then come back to make payment. I found that really nice and thoughtful ☺️

UPDATE!!! The nails only lasted for 2 weeks😡 I really cannot wrap my head around how a full set would last for just 2 weeks.

Bright and clean beauty salon and with gentle hands and a smile on her face I had a manicure and polish. Hands felt smooth and a clean finish to the nail polish. Exactly right.

Went here on the off chance as my regular nail bar was fully booked and needed my nails cutting down. I had a older man do my nails didn’t really speak to me I found it quiet awkward he was rather rough with the buffer bar and has managed to sandpaper my skin off my fingers leaving me with multiple scabs. I’ve been getting my nails done for over 10 years now and every place I have been to have always asked me what shape I’d like my nails…. He never asked me what shape I wanted and went off what he wanted to do so I wasn’t impressed with the shape! I asked for silver glitter at the bottom of my nails as I’d got permanent white acrylics on so needed some sort of pop! He put it on and then decided it was no good and started to remove it at this point time had gone by and I needed to be at work so I asked him to leave the glitter as I was going to be late! That’s when his body language became hostile very hostile as you can see on the pictures the glitter wasn’t even removed properly leaving little bits on a few nails. I could tell he’d had enough and wanted to be anywhere other than doing my nails as acrylic was left Over my cuticles which makes my nails look half done! As soon as he finished he put oil on my fingers didn’t even rub it in and told me to go wash my hands as I turned back around he’d up and left and left someone else’s to take payment. All I had done was infills on the board it states £15.00 but I was charged £20 for nails&injuries I didn’t want! Honestly can not see myself coming back.

They fit me in today as a walk in while they were quite busy. Gave me some lovely purple gel nails at a good price. Thank you!

I was recommended the SNS on top of my natural nails and I’m honestly very pleased with how strong they feel as I’ve always had weak nails, will definitely return for my infills :)
