Today I had an appointment booked at 4:30 pm with chlosbeautybox_. The appointment was booked yesterday afternoon for today via Instagram. I drove 45 minutes for the appointment, i arrived and found the building and then messaged her to let her know I had arrived. After no response, I then called and text her. She finally responded to let me know that she decided to cancel the appointment due to personal reasons. Which is absolutely fine - had she told me herself rather than letting me drive 45 minutes and enquire as to where she was. She said the “message must not have gone through” but she failed to message me on Instagram, where all our communication had been prior.

My sister had come previously, which is how I found her and booked in. My sister also had a terrible experience, her appointment was moved as she was on the way to the appointment, she wasn’t spoken to, just notified via whatever application is used for the booking system. She then had to wait 2 hours as the client before was over running, she waited patiently and had them done. The next day, Chloe posted on her Instagram story saying she had tested positive for covid and that she was very unwell. If she were unwell, why did she take clients the day before? And why did she not directly speak to the clients who were sat under her face for hours?

Overall from both our experiences, the customer service has been absolutely awful, no consideration that her clients have a life and no respect when it comes to cancelling. She then blocked me on Instagram :) do not recommend!!!

First visit. Very welcoming. Felt at ease. During treatment detected ingrown toenail. Advised to get seen asap, done a tidy up on nail. I've since checked in with a podietrist who confirmed if left, would of gotten worse and praised the therapist for her professional advice and her neat and tidy job on my feet. This therapist deserves recognition for her proffesionism and advice. I will be going back for sure and would highly recommend a visit.

Great work as always by Jai, she has loads of great ideas and all the Nailchemy stuff is best varnish I hav3 had. Great bright colours and different mediums in Gel, ink,e4c.
