I used Happy Nails a lot in the past and am usually happy with the service….however, I called to change an appointment last week, as I was running late and felt it was polite to call and rebook. The man answered the phone and was SO rude to me, I could not believe it!! Said things like. ‘I am asking the questions. You answer me’ what?!?!? I’m not paying to be spoken to like that!!!! I’ll take my future custom elsewhere!!!

Prices weren't clear on arrival but was happy with service and staff so paid and will return. Gel polish has been on for just over 2 weeks and still in great condition(see pic) no chips. Had a pedicure and gel polish on feet & hands cost £55-£60.

Had very good pedicure. So happy with Thomas’s service. He is very friendly and considerate. Definitely come back and introduce friends.

The nails were done very fast and they look very ugly, they spoiled my beautiful nails shape and filed my nails very deep to the skin which is very bad for the nail plate, I noticed no sanitary Norms there as well, the stuff is not wearing any gloves

They always do a great job with my SNS, including my particular design requests :) Best place to get your nails done in Oxford

I booked a manicure & pedicure for 25/8/22.I explained I would be using a Red Letter Day voucher.The RLD website said I could use this.I was told by the lady who answered the phone that this would be fine.I checked with her several times & she said that they sold the vouchers but that I could also use the voucher.I turned up for my appointment & was told that I could not use it.Staff said they had never accepted these vouchers & that I was unable to have my nails done.I was very as the voucher was a special present from friends & at no point when booking had anyone told I could not use the voucher.I found the staff rude & not helpful.

Booked same day and they were super friendly, efficient, and gave me some awesome nails!
