Rubbish. Not worth what I paid. Went in for a take off, manicure and pedicure.
French polish is what I asked for. White tip with clear top coact was what I got.
They kept trying to convince me to have shellac. No I want a normal Mani&pedi
Looks awful. Had to keep telling them to do the cuticles on both hands and feet. Far too rushed no attention paid. Too quick, didn't soak feet or hands long enough. My brother could have done a better job. Won't be using again. Worst I have ever had. If you know anything about nails don't go here.

Came to this salon with a mate who usually goes to this salon as my one was closed. We got there for about 5pm and it was pretty busy. It’s a small salon so it was quite cramped and felt very hectic.

I had asked for my old acrylics to be taken off and a new set. After waiting for nearly half an hour with my nails bathing in acetone, they finally started on my set. The process was all very rushed and it felt like there was a complete lack of care or attention to detail. When filing my nails, the woman who was doing my nails managed to cut my pinky finger. She was very apologetic however it should have never have happened. The nail art I had done felt very rushed and I wasn’t in love with the results. Maybe we got there at a bad time as it was close to closing time but that’s no excuse. They should have a cut off time for customers to avoid situations like this.

The whole process cost me nearly £40 even tho the results were disappointing. In hindsight I should have stuck my heels in and refuse to pay the full price. Will deffo be going back to my current salon.

I had a manicure and pedicure. It was one of the worst I’ve ever had. My hands and feet don’t look very different than before. It was rushed, they tried to sell their other nail products and I was overcharged for the service they provided. Avoid!!!

First time using them and it was Very rushed!!
The lady left me 5 times to check on a previous client! She then didn’t listen to me when I explained what I wanted and started to use acrylic when I wanted gel. She filed away and my nails were all different shapes I explained numerous times and showed a picture of what I wanted that I almost took the file and did it myself! No care taken. Also cleaning standards could do with a recheck. WOULD NOT recommend!

My pedicure took less than 5 minutes and then, I equally had the pleasure of the quickest manicure ever although he did invest all of 20 seconds filing my nails!!! I came out and my nails kept catching and 24 hours later chipped too. All this, and with a service ruder than typically is the norm which came with a little extra ………..having someone coughing and splattering all over me not to mention his halitosis as sporting a chin mask! Wouldn’t visit again even if free.

I really think that the manager should teach the employees how to take off nails properly as I have been to this store 4/5 times to get my gel/ acrylics taken off but they have done such a bad job at it. Everytime I have got this service done they have harmed my nail bed and hurt me, They literally FILE you WHOLE nail down. I have had to go to another nail salon to seek help.

You have to pay £10 just to get your gel nail polish off and with paying so much Atleast don’t injure me. The last time I made it obvious that the employee had hurt me and she tried to take it off but my gel nails were still on after the process. At this time I had no energy or time to say anything and left.

I would avoid this place at all cost! Spend your money somewhere where you don’t get injured and pay less aswell.

Please please educate and train your employees on proper use of equipment and nail care.

Really £22 for a bit of nail polish. Next time please ask if I want just nail polish for £10 or gel polish. Also I specifically said I wanted just nail polish! Thank you. Absolutely ridiculous if you ask me
