Broxbourne nails

I booked in the day before but when I came in no one greeted me properly, they were clearly overbooked or something had gone wrong because despite having an appointment I waited 20 minutes with no update as to how long I might be waiting. The most communication I had was when a staff member gestured at me to pass him a set of nail gel examples he could show to his client and didn’t even say thank you!
I didn’t wait around for the service.

I have to say I was so disappointed by this nail shop. I came to do french manicure it was done badly I had nail paint all over my hands. I asked for it to be redone and the attitude of the staff was terrible. I left the nail shop with horrible nails and a terrible experience. Never again

I walked into the nail shop, my appointment was at 13:30, I came in at around 13:25. When I walked in they told me to sit down and wait 5 minutes.I ended up having to wait between 30- 45 minutes and then when it came to actually doing my nails they were rude and very ignorant.When they asked me what colour I wanted I pointed to one on their wall and they said they can’t do that one because it didn’t suit me.And they kept talking about me in Vietnamese,I am half Vietnamese and know some of the language so I understood when they were talking about me negatively and very rudely. They made rude comments about my looks and hands and I felt very uncomfortable.
The overall nails also looked bad, they were chunky and thick when I asked for simple short nails.They also charged me £45 for the simplest nails when on their website it was listed as £20-£30
I was angry but it felt rude not to pay so I did, unfortunately.😡

Fine experience in there . However nails chipped after less than a week. I have done nothing where I would be likely to hit or scratch them. Was more expensive than any other nail shops near me. Awful quality .

my experience at this nail salon was great! the staff were nice and my nails lasted me over 2 weeks which was amazing! i highly recommend

I have been this nails bar seen it open . Im really happy . This is perfect local nails bar for me . If you not happy you can tell them please do not walk away .
