They will have to stop say they have plenty time to do ur nails wen it's clearly don't, they keep on telling people just to come In wen there is only 2 of them today they actually had 3 of them 4 a change.,

Never again. I’ve used a couple times before and work was good nice nails cheap price so never a complaint.
I had an infill done on Friday around 6pm and the gel polish was peeling by 8pm. By 10pm the gel polish had almost completely peeled off on 8 of my 10 nails!!
I messaged to get them fixed (zero apologies from them for the inconvenience) but my daughter fell I’ll and I couldn’t travel to shop. I messaged to explain this and asked for a refund to get my nails fixed elsewhere as I no longer trust them. This was responded with a cheeky message I don’t quite fully understand “ forget it, as smart as you our homeland is full”

Disgusted by lack of customer service and responsibility. Would not recommend -10 stars! Disgusting.

Just passing through and stumbled upon this gold mine. They were able to do exactly what I wanted for my nails, and I couldn’t be happier. Fast and affordable yet great quality and attention to customer satisfaction/feedback.

First time getting acrylics/shellac from Prestwick Nails & Spa and will now be my go-to place for nails :) Fast, efficient, friendly and very reasonable. My natural nails are very short but I don't like them overly long or over the top...the guy who done them (Tam?) was brilliant! Exactly what I wanted and a gorgeous colour from an amazing selection of colours available. Might be worth a mention to take cash in with you as they don't take cards....I had to nip out to the cashpoint at the end :D 10/10 would recommend x
