Don't bother with sb appointment. Open till 6 and you can walk in for infield at 5.30. Not bad quality. Friendly people. Cash only accepted. Lots of choice of colours.

I had an acrylic infill completed at this shop and I will never ever be going back!

The nails are mediocre at best and the staff lack good customer service skills as I was treated so badly and they were incredibly unprofessional having no due regard towards me as a paying customer.

In fact, this lack of due regard resulted in me being injured and I was cut by the electric nail file on both of my thumbs. I frequently have my nails done and I have NEVER been cut before in other nail shops!

Moreover, instead of a sincere apology for cutting me, I received attitude and blame. At one point, I was even asked "what do you want me to do about it?" And they then started talking about me loudly, in their language, amongst themselves- which was incredibly rude and uncomfortable.

I urge the nail technicians to learn better customer service skills and how to properly use their tools!!!

I have no idea what all of the hate-filled comments are about a couple months back I took my sister to get her nails done for the first time and the service was amazing they made her feel more comfortable with getting her nails done as she was afraid of being judged they were smiling and trying to make her laugh I find it is a great place to get your nails done and I have never had a bleeding cuticles or any discomfort with the people there or the way they have done my nails

Lovely friendly couple run this shop been 3 times now and very happy

The guy that did my nails was amazing and so friendly! We spoke about many things and he did my nails like they've never been done before. So much patience and confidence absolute recommed this family run business, support your local businesses guys ❤️

had a full set of acrylics done and the man was so harsh he made two fingers bleed around my cuticle and ruined the skin around my nail. he rushed and was very careless. my nails look ok but it was a painful experience getting them done and they still hurt now. the skin around my nails are still red raw. also they were definitely not worth £32. i payed to get pretty nails and ended up with painful fingers and broken skin around my nails

Sooo good I love my nails alway going to go back there definitely recommend so nice and good colours to choose from had them done over a week ago and holding strong

i had acrylic nails done! they kept getting caught and catching on things ,when i done research on the products they were using the products came up as ILLEGAL!! illegal to use in any country! , i just had my nails done again after not using them because of the first time ! i thought id give them another chance! now im sat here and my nail has just snapped in half and ripped all my real nail literally of my finger im sat here trying to hold the blood in my finger with a towel!! i have phoned the emergency services and i will be sueing this nail bar and i will be going for full compansation because of the damadge they have caused and willingly using illegal products !! and for making me feel emotinally scarred from this!! so horrific i wouldnt even give it 1 star but thats the least u can rate !
