La Beauté Nails and Beauty ( Glow&Co )

As a guy getting acrylics for the first time, the nail tecs were incredibly comforting and informative which made for an amazing first time experience. As for the quality if work, Ive done research prior to my appointment and knew that I would prefer forms over tips and was glad to see thats what was used. I asked for a baby boomer and got exactly that with a smooth transition from one shade to another but my favourite part of my nails have to be the shape. I recived the perfect coffin shape with crisp edges. Filed to perfection. (Paid £35 for a full set. My length was a number 2 on the form which is a good begginer size. Picture attached)

I have been a customer of Sandra’s since she opened over 2 years ago and I’ve not been to anyone else since. Her work is excellent - my nails have never looked better or been in such good condition. I have recommended Sandra to so many of my friends and family who are now also loyal customers.

10 out of 10 , I was one of Sandra's first customers prob her first , I have my nails done every 2 weeks without fail, fingers and toes, I am always so pleased with the result and happy with her advice , my nails are very healthy and in very good condition.i always have a welcome from Sandra and Alexandra, and a lovely chat with them both.Definitely the best salon in Swansea & I would recommend it to anybody! X

Probably the best manicure I've ever had! The shape is perfect, the manicurist was gentle and the polish applied expertly. My little girl had her nails done too and they took a lot of care with her tiny nails. 10/10.

I had an appointment today at this salon for gel extensions the appointment was at 1pm. I had a medical emergency and I ranged 40 minutes before the appointment to let them know I was running late , they said as long as I was no longer than 15 mins late it will be fine. I got there bang on 1.16 pm and the lady looked at the clock and in a rude manner told me that I had gone over their 15 minutes and therefore they were not going to do my nails as the technician was ready to go.

I had booked a two hour appointment and there were no other clients there at all , they did not offer me an alternative appointment at another day , and the technician was already standing up and ready to go , it was clear they did not want to serve me not cause I was late but cause they were ready to go. I left the place and I had my nails done at another salon same day in one hour 25 minutes and they did a great job!!! .

I would never ever even think about having my nails done with La Beaute nails and Beauty because of their arrogance and lack of commitment to a client. If their nail treatments are good or not I don't know ....but their customer service is considerably below standards.

The nail tech didnt want to give me the length of nails i asked for as she said i wont be able to function with them, when it should be that the nail tech does what the client asks for. Then she proceded to pile the gel on very thick and when i asked why is she layering it way too thick she said it was because of my nail bed (but i have had gel extensions done many times before nicely with the right thickness).
Wouldnt recommend that kind of service to anyone.

Completely over the moon with the results. The lady paid so much attention to my nails. The best I've ever had one. This will be my new nail shop from now on. Really happy.

Was really nervous that I wouldn't get exactly what I wanted but the girl was amazing. Super friendly and polite and did an amazing job. Definitely coming back here again! 😊
