Brilliant service and can do any nail design you want

i went with a friend recently to this nail bar. Considering the reviews on here and the fact that it specialises in nails, I presumed that the staff would be capable of doing my relatively simple design and would provide lovely nails for me and my friend. This was not the case. Despite stating they could do the nails I’d requested, they could not. They got halfway through before telling me the products they had just ‘wouldn’t work’ for what I wanted. Despite this I still had to pay £38- very expensive for acrylic nails, especially ones which weren’t even what I asked for. To make this worse the waiting time was horrendous- despite me and my friend booking, we had to wait 45 minutes before being served. Moreover, not only did the nails look horrible but they were rubbish quality too. Not even four days after getting them done, one fell off. Another one has a crack through it. All of them have discoloured. Couldn’t not recommend this company enough. I’ve never wrote a review before but this company was so bad I needed to. Save your money and don’t visit here.

Have used this nail salon for years and usually have good experiences. Went today with my friend and just wanted gel nails and a geometric pattern. The nail tech swapped with someone else to paint the pattern on my nails, he saw the design and said “no I have a better design” and began painting white and blue tips, nothing like what I had asked for. When I asked him to wipe it off and do the design I had shown previously, he swapped back to the initial nail tech and pretty much ignored me for half an hour. Ended up being sat in the salon for over 90 minutes, my friend had her nails started at the exact same time as me and had a full set of acrylics finished before my simple gel nails. I was then charged £30 for gel on my natural nail after a 90 minute wait!

me and my friend came here for some acrylics for our holiday about a week ago, firstly the service was extremely poor as well as unprofessional. There was about a 30 minute waiting time even tho we had both booked an appointment to ensure we could get to the next one on time. When i showed a simple nail pattern, they looked at me in shock and so i had to change it to one i didn’t want. not only this, both a nail from me and my friend had fallen off within about 4 days, and the rest of the nails are near to coming off already! the service is extremely slow, they tell people it is about a 15 minute waiting time but it is more like 40mins to an hour wait. Overall, i would advise anyone to stay away from this place, they will do your nails very poorly and have u waiting around for ages.

I went to this nail salon on the off chance they would fit me in.
The wait time was not a problem.
I found them to be extremely slow and one particular member of staff rude.
He was calling it “banter” however, I felt it to be rude and disrespectful. It made my experience extremely uncomfortable

When for a maccys and my dad's big mac buger was cold

This is now the second time that I’ve been to have my nails done and I can’t recommend them enough both times I have been impressed and extremely happy with my nails
