Great you don't need to book however they are now taking telephone bookings.....english not great....and they dont do fancy nails anymore just the basic nail colour.

Very pleasant atmosphere in the salon they keep up to date on latest nail styles and colours I have always left salon very satisfied and feeling pampered

Very rude! When I told her what I wanted she was shaking her head and rolling her eyes. Won’t be going back. Customer service is shocking!
Only wanted ombré nails and showed her a picture. I felt so awkward.

Walked in to get my nails done on Monday 10.30am. The lady at the desk told me they were closed. They were clearly open. Door was open. Lights on etc. Not sure why she wouldn't serve me. Won't be coming here again. Very rude.
