Person I was with asked for pink and red ombre. Was quoted 35. Did red with glitter instead then accused us of changing our mind halfway through even though we asked the girl halfway through if she was adding pink to it and she said yes. Disappointing to say the least as these are definitely not ombre

I've been a few times now and am very pleased with my nails. They are neat, loads of colour choices and quite efficient. The problem is they are so popular, if you haven't booked, you can be waiting ages. You can only book for earlier in the week - the rest of the time you queue.

I came in on Saturday to get my nails done and they are awful. The lady who did my nails for me completely rushed them. She didn't push my cuticles back so now it looks like I’ve had the nails for 2 weeks not 2 days. All the nails are wonky and some aren't even the same size, the nail varnish is patchy on the top and looks very tacky and also not to the edges. I normally go to Hannah's which cost me £25, I paid £30 here and my nails are no where near as good. Not happy!

The guy was lovely and explained how glue on nails were ruining my nails! Lesson learnt! Really curtious and they take walk ins which is great, will be back for my infills

I was served by an older gentlemen, he was heavy handed, rushed the job and I asked for green and even showed him the colour on the nail colour chart but he made a mistake and coloured it grey. The layer was uneven and over run as there was too much nail paint and worse of all missing minute details. I paid £32 for this and genuinely will not visit again.

Always had brilliant experiences here, very chatty and friendly staff who actually want to speak to you. I tend to let whoever is doing my nails decide on colours/extras such as gems as I trust them to always make my nails look great and have creative ideas. Don’t have to book just walk in, usually there’s someone free but occasionally you have to wait. Always quick but never at the cost of the quality of the set, even at busy times
