Amazing service!! First time getting gel and the service was amazing and I am in love with the end product. Also, the prices are so good!

Went here because my usual place was closed, ABSOLUTELY AWFUL!!!!

Avoid this nail shop at all costs.

The female technician was EXTREMELY rude and terrible customer service, on a phone call for the whole duration I was sat in front of her.

£25 for odd shapes, wrong style, wrong length, sore fingers due to being roughness! Can’t believe I even paid. My fingers are throbbing.

Would not listen to what I wanted and just done what she wanted to, when I challenged her she began screaming/screeching at me and got a male employee to translate.

I will NEVER go here again and neither should anyone else, horrendous.

Been here a few times. Hit and miss. Sadly not the best experience today. The shop was very busy so my acrylics felt rushed. My acrylics were cut too short and the simple nail design I asked for on one nail on each hand looks child-like. Also lots of gel left on the skin around my nails.Will probably go elsewhere next time.

Very professional, was lovely to spend an hour having a pedicure and manicure..

I am not happy to give any star. Since I have no choice I am giving 1. If you want your dream nails get done, please DO NOT go there. VERY POOR SERVICE. THE LADY who’s working there is EXTREMELY RUDE. I have showed her the picture and she said “ yes I can do it”. I have noticed a lot of mistakes while she was drawing. Simultaneously she’s looking at the picture and drawing. Patiently I have told her Like “ this is not what I want” she was like “ these pictures usually photoshop. Not real blah blah” I was like “ sorry I am not happy with what you re drawing” then she started yelling at me by saying “ don’t waste my time. I can’t go back and change everything”. It made no sense.

THIS LADY has no manners whatsoever and VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE also ZERO HOSPITALITY SKILL. Please don’t waste your hard earned money with this place. I WILL NEVER GO AGAIN AND WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE.

I wish I read the reviews before going. Poor costumer service and lack of respect for customers. Please do not go as they’ll speak their language in front of you to make you feel very uncomfortable. I literally paid £32 for rubbish. Do not go there

Omg, first time try this nails shop and I'm so please already 😍😍. The staff were so lovely and friendly. Such welcoming atmosphere!!!!! Deffo comeback🙌🙌🙌🙌
