Nail Care

Great skill levels amongst the three who run nail care . The fellas don't talk much and the older one can be really gruff (which does occasionally make you want to shake him !) But there is no doubting the guys and girl at Nailcare are outstandingly good at what they do. Jen is an absolute superstar a lovely lady who always has a smile for everyonr. don't be put off by the Grinch. I've been a customer of Nailcare for about 4-5 years. So they must be doing something right !

Went back today for a second time, first time round both my and my daughter were in and out withen 30 mins, for gel nails. No one else was there, but it was a very rushed and unfriendly experience, but I thought I'd give it another go as everyone has an off day... But after another visit today I will not be returning. Very unprofessional, dirty environment, gel base coat all over the sides of my fingers. The younger guy that done our nails last time just sat in the pedicure chair and was watching Chinese cartoons on his phone. I was charged an extra £5 for a 'take off' but all he done was use the electric file to sand them off, which took less than 10 seconds per nail, and left them feeling very hot. I had to ask to shape my nails again and when I did he looked at me as if u was an alien. He then used a tissue that he was using for his nose to wipe off my daughters nail polish as she didn't like it on the 1 nail she tryed. Will NOT return and WILL NOT RECOMEND.

The owner is different now, and she doing a great and fantastic job. I love it. She was kind, gentle and very professional. I got a full set of acrylic nails and she did it so fast but carefully. I would recommend to Pay a visit.

I called to book a mani pedi and was tol to come straight away and it would be £40. When I arrived I filled in a form again stating I wanted a mani pedi. When I sat down the lady picked up the drill - as I have natural nails I said I didn’t want the drill just normal files. She was really insistent on using the drill but I said definitely not. She then filed my nails and then picked up a base coat - I told her that my cuticles needed fixing at which point she again wanted to use the drill. I again said I wanted a manicure not just nail varnish- she said something to the effect that I didn’t know what a manicure was. At this point I’d had enough and left. Really unpleasant experience.

Love my nails! Exactly what I wanted! The lady who owns the shop is fab and always squeezes me in last minute. Very fast (done in 40 mins) and friendly! I recommend

This is the 2nd time I have been there and both times fitted me in the same day which was great
The 1st time did exactly what I asked for an worth the money but this time I left sadly disappointed as I asked for the same again and did not get it I even questioned what they was doing and pointed out the stuff that was used last time to be told that what they was doing was the same. I always have acrylic but call it gel overlay so when he pulled out the bottle of nail gel I said it's not this I had and pointed to what I had last time to which I was told it's ok the gel will do the same. They continued with my nails and when finished I again told them I wasnt happy and that what I have done to my nails keep them strong so when I finally got through she said I will take it off and do again which by this time I had no time left and was still charged for what I didnt want and was told to rebook again to have done what I was suppose too. My nails are weak and are bending already and very shape at the ends as the gel polish ( which is what I have found out the used in clear ) will not support my nails so by the time I get another appointment due to work commitments they will have snapped or split WILL NOT BE RETURNING due to them not listening to me even when I tried to stop it and explain before they did it

I went to this place whilst staying with my boyfriend. At first I thought everything was fine until I saw the the nails were all different lengths and now having them for for a little they’re snapping off and taking my actual nails with them now I know how to take care of acrylic nails and I’ve had them for years but these are awful, awful quality and awfully applied. Don’t go here at all
