West Stow Trail

Lovely wooded walk near West Stow

Very nice walk of 2.5mi, long enough for adults, just about right for those with kids. The only issue for us was the amount of dog poo left by careless owners at the entrance. Keep an eye on your kids or bring wellies and bags to keep them in on the way home!

Great place for walking in the peaceful and beautiful woodland. Great for dog walkers, horse riders and cyclists and never over crowded

Beautiful place. Visited in October so it was quite autumnal. Clear paths, easy to walks. Very quiet and peaceful on a week day

Fantasy trail to walk, there is more then one to get yourself out on with all different time frames.
Beautiful scenery I can’t wait to get back out there with the dogs. I absolutely loved it. It was very peaceful and unbelievably beautiful. I highly recommend the walkers and dog walkers and anyone who enjoys seeing nature.
I wish I lived close to something like this, as it is a wonderful place for a bit of fresh air and a break from reality .

Numerous parking/starting places & if you are new please take a map as its easy to become disorientated
Great positive is one can walk 1 mile or 20 miles & not repeat ones steps
Mostly wide open or well defined forestry tracks & motor vehicles do tend to restrict themselves to a few routes

Lovely trail and nice pathways. Great to bring your dogs or just go for a nice walk in a tranquil forest walk. Will go here again
