This is amazing place to visit, lovely walks either short or long, cycling, lot's of people fish here and there's a sailing club as well! Who knew such a fantastic outdoor area was on our doorstep! I love walking around here and there lots of areas to discover and lot's of wildlife to see as well. Millennium Lakes is well worth a visit. There's some picnic benches for those that want a picnic and there's normally lots going on in a park nearby like live music which can be heard from here, you can get to the park through the lakes. There's lots of pathways around the lakes and it links to Whisby for those who want to go further.

Lovely lake to walk round. My two young daughters really enjoy it. Only takes about half an hour to walk round too

Nice walk around the lake. Great for meeting other dogs.
Wish you could still get through to Apex lakes, hope they change their mind and open it up again.

Really nice place for a walk, lovely scenery but a bit muddy if there's been any rain.

A nice relaxing area to walk around and lose yourself in. The scenery is great, and it's quite peaceful, although on nice days and early in the morning you may see more dog-walkers and joggers than usual.

Can get quite muddy and there's generally a lot of animal waste on the ground (from the huge flocks of birds that amass here) so take some good boots or wellies.
