One of my favourite places to walk in the area. Occasionally get dog walkers that don't have their dogs on leads in areas where the should, but otherwise a lovely area to visit, especially when the heathers are in flower

Sprawling wilderness made up of heathland and marsh containing some of the most uncommon wildlife in the UK. Two lovely days exploring the site in early March abs an afternoon in August to be rewarded with sightings of harriers, kites and songbirds. Several paths and areas to explore but not all accessible to all abilities. Small car park with no facilities, just a simple wildlife haven on the edge of King's Lynn.

Lovely place but not very accommodating for a wheelchair user. They do have 2 disabled parking bays, but not easy to get through gate if you use a wheelchair.

Great area of outstanding lavender brush, which is ideal for walking, advisable to keep dogs on lead.

This is a nice and pretty nature reserve featuring an acid valley bog. To me, this is one of the better places to view hen harriers in the UK. A small roost of them is present in the winter, and periodically amazing views of them are to be had here, although silvery males are usually more difficult to see well and sometimes arrive when it is nearly dark. One or two merlin falcons are usually present most winter as well

Great place to go for a long walk, lots of space and nature trails to keep too

Absolute beautiful place very peaceful and plenty of wildlife to take in short walks and long walks good to get there early as it gets quite busy .
