Good historic place and paths along shore.Lots of investment by local council on paths,walkways across Milton Common,wonderful war memorial and benches/tables in garden area.Interesting and fascinating historic heritage regarding Milton Locks.Wonderful Green Oasis and Coastal Paths near one of major roads in Portsmouth.Love this place.

Absolutely beautiful view of the river! Peaceful and serene. Surrounded by fields with give an extra countryside walk. There's a restaurant and bar close by, so refreshments are at hand.

Did not experience the whole area, it was lovely but the cyclists destroyed my experience by almost running us off the walk way and aggressive. Will go back again maybe my experience will be better.

Always see something interesting; today a fox sunbathing on boats, a little egret looking for breakfast plus a whitethroat perched at the top of blackberry bushes.
