Beautiful National Trust area. Has a really well maintained footpath so brilliant for walking dogs in the wet weather without getting your boots too muddy, though there is plenty of woodland to explore if you prefer. Within a stone's throw of Bookham High Street with two pubs and lots of little independent cafe's and bakers so a really nice spot.

Really nice relaxed loop walk with a few well maintained bird hides. Nice mix of broadleaf woodland with wide easy tracks criss-crossed with rougher trails.

This is an SSI site and there are many items of interest of flora and fauna to be enjoyed. It’s much more than somewhere to walk dogs especially if you’re prepared to get your shoes muddy.

Such a beautiful place for a family day out. Great routes for young children to cycle. Car park free of charge for NT members.
