Beautiful place to visit. Had an overnight stop in our MoHo. The Inn serves great food and there are some lovely walks from the pub which are part of the Cleveland Way. They have recently put in some hard standing pitches with a lovely view down the valley. It's off grid but has a centrally located water tap & an elsan point for convenience. It's a tight road down with a hairpin bend but didn't have any issues with access or getting back up...slow & steady.

Lovely walk down to the waterfall, sensible walking shoes/boots needed as the walk down is a bit uneven and steep and the beach is rocky.
Not very well sign posted to the actual waterfall but beautiful view at the top across the sea on the way down.

Lovely area. Waterfall would be more powerful after rain. Some gorgeous rockpools on the beach to explore as well. Nice pub at the top as well. Lovely area.

Fantastic short break staying in our camper for 2 nights. You can pay £15 per night or have a meal and stay for free. The place is just off a main road, we found it relatively easy with the aid of satnav. Food is lovely well worth the asking price!
Site is at back of the pub, refreshing to see a pub not interested in making money!Just wanting patrons to be happy....
There is room for about 6 campervans, toilet emptying and fresh water facilities are there too. Very clean pitches and the pub is literally a couple of minutes walk one way, and the waterfall and the sea is 1 /4 mile the opposite way.

Hayburn Wyke pub has a lovely garden area with individual gazebos and tables. Inside there's many tables for eating at. There is also a lovely little park for children on the grounds where they can burn off any excess energy.

It is a very dog friendly site, however dogs must be kept on leads at all times. They are also allowed in the bar area, and on the grassed areas. As you can see from his face, my boy loved where we were. He was exceptionally well behaved, and we found the 15metre lead attached to a corkscrew spike was ideal for the trip.

The whole area where the pub is situated is on the site of a working wood mill. There are stacks of felled trees all around and a saw left there to.

We were fortunate to just turn up and there was space for us. However in peak times I would book in advance.

Thank you all , it was lovely and peaceful. We will most definitely return...

Lovely quiet beach with a small but attractive waterfall. The flow wasn't particularly dramatic in July, but I'm sure it could be more powerful after heavy rain. Parking is available at the excellent Hayburn Wyke Inn, and it's a short walk through atmospheric woods down to the waterfall. A hidden gem on the North Yorkshire coast.

Quite simple place, and not so big, but it have some unique spots like waterfall which is trully beautiful (since at least for me it's quite unusual to see and find waterfall near sea shore) plus the shore itself covered in a lotta of small stones and little rocks. On the top of the cliff at the left side of the watefall there is a fantastic sightseeing view from which you can see whole beach/shore and sea itself

Absolutely beautiful display courtesy of mother nature and she really has gone full out this time. There is a great little Inn at the top of the route to the beach which I cannot recommend enough, they also own and manage a small campsite here too which I again highly recommend.

As you take the 5 minute pathway through the beautiful forest you begin to hear the faint noises of the sea until it eventually comes into view some 60/70ft below you and stretches out to the horizon giving a beautiful view. The actual beach itself is very rocky but highly recommended. Go visit this summer!
