Lovely country walk with view s of Wales and the Dee estuary. Wear your boots though as it can be muddy!

Great place to walk with a variety of wooded areas, beach stretches, open fields and country lanes. Excellent views across the Dee Estuary to North Wales.

Well kept, reasonable parking charges too, only 50p per hour. Lots of nice walks and a cafe on the corner that had coffee, cakes. Ice creams I.e. The lot!!! Dog friendly too.

Its a more natural stretch of estuary than west kirby and hoylake and offers great walks and scenery. The public who leave their waste (not very often i hasten to add) should be named and shamed by us all.

Lovely walk along miles of straight pathway through some beautiful countryside overlooking the Dee estuary. Only spoilt somewhat by a few cyclists who had forgotten that they've to give way to walkers and not the other way around. Also feel the need for more dog bins would be an improvement. If placed at each entry and rest area maybe the need to ditch black bags into the Flora wouldn't be so appealing to some owners. Otherwise the views fantastic, people friendly and a good days walking.

It’s great that Britons give access to public land through private property (in this case, a golf course), with the oversight of the National Trust. I’d like to see this model of stewardship in British Columbia.

Fields, near the shore, footpaths to the wirral way, good for walking dogs if you like getting muddy (it is winter)
