Owner wouldn't blow up a 40th birthday balloon. No reasonable excuse. Was prepared to pay him and buy additional balloon but would only blow up his own balloons. Tight, unfriendly and mean behaviour. Not in community spirit.

Small independent Newsagents, in Oundle market place, magazines, newspapers, confectionary, drinks , greetings cards, stationery, trading cards , lottery tickets.

Well stocked store and the staff are lovely too 👍😊

Scans your items, then adds money on and hides the card machine screen so you cannot see if your using contact less!!

Will not be going back again, absolutely disgusting behaviour

DO NOT USE THIS NEWSAGENT.
I have just been to this Newsagent to purchase items totalling £4.50. I was given 50p in change. I walked away and realised I had paid with a £10 note, so went back to the counter to ask for a receipt. As I did the man serving slid a £5 note towards me and asked why I needed a receipt.
I then went into Tescos across the road and was told people have had similar experiences and that quite often a £1 here and there is added to your payment.
I will never cross their threshold again.

Ok, but not as friendly and helpful as it used to be. Plenty of stock now it's converted to a convenience store.
