Rushmore Road Post Office & Square Food Centre

I really like this post office, it’s well run and pleasant and friendly staff. Just one comment, it would be great if the opening hours on google are kept up to date. Came several times in the last few weeks and you’ve been closed.

Handy post office located inside the shop. Staff always pleasant and very helpful. Be mindful it's located in a fairly run down area which makes you feel a little uneasy though

I want to shop locally in small shops like this. But this one really is a peak of inflation × already high prices making the shop too expensive for the people who need it most, who can't get to the Lidl and Aldi for affordable food. 1.50 for a litre of milk. 2.30 for half a reasonable loaf of bread. 1.10 for a can of beans. These are frightening prices. As someone with a bike I had to choose not to buy my groceries here today and to go to Aldi later. It's sad because I don't want to have to do that. But I worry that stores like this will either go out of business or continue trapping the least wealthy people in prices that would seem more familiar to shoppers in Whole Foods Piccadilly Circus.
