Would give a zero star for customer service, regarding Yodel parcels. Most of the time, says that machine doesn’t work, or he switched it off already, won’t explain much at all about the pick up times. Every time I go there, he has an excuse for not to accepting the parcel. Mate, just don’t do drop off shop , if you can’t be bothered.
