Shop was dirty, the staff on the til was very rude, some of the stock is out of date and when I asked to speak to the manager about it he acted like he didn't care. Very disappointed

Almost everything out of date. No information about it to find anywhere. Very rude employee, I think her name is Miranda. Almost every time she served me she was drunk. This shop is a joke .

Good little sweet shop Ideal place if you need to top up has and electric or mobile phone. Down side is you have to pay to get cash out of cash machine outside of the shop

Check the dates on the items before you buy them! I went to get a cake and was disgusted to find out that every single one was dated August 2021(6 months out of date!)
Same with the fruit being a week out of date.

It's a very friendly place I do like it
But some of the products have been a little over there sell by date

The owner is always moaning that you need to buy items if you buy electricity, and this is not true and also illegal. I am of a mind to report him to trading standards.

Excellent service, incredibly useful opening hours, amazing variety of stock for a shop of it's size.
The staff are always friendly and helpful and I always feel that my custom is appreciated. Absolutely would recommend using the modern newsagents if you live nearby.
Parking can be difficult if you live further out, so just be aware of that.

Handy & excellent local shop, with friendly owners. It must be very difficult to stock a small local shop so that you sell everything, hence some items do go over their “sell by” date. However they do sell this stock off at knock-down prices and all of these items are of course still edible.
