On the Yodel website it is stated opening times 5:30_17:30 been waiting at the doorstep from 5:30 till 6:00 still not opened the store, its a joke

Very rude staff, every time I go to drop a parcel they moan and say it doesn't scan when it does. No people skills and should consider a different career route. Avoid if you can!

I ordered something from eBay, was given a collection code, which they said they had no idea what the code was. I then explained that they could contact eBay to confirm it is me as eBay advised me they a have phone number to call that they should know to use in these situations. The man in shop said he had no idea was going on about. With a total couldn’t careless attitude So yourself a favour do not use them to pick up orders.

Please avoid this store as they are known to steal parcels. Several parcels from eBay and Yodel/Collect+ have been missing although it was clearly delivered to the store. The staff are extremely rude to customers and do nothing to help. They are currently under investigation.
