Very helpful with getting my new gas top up card very polite

Went to pickup an amazon package, gave my pickup number and ID and an extremely rude woman who had trouble reading, at first told me it hadn't been delivered and when I pointed to my name on a parcel told me to go to the back of the que because she had "customers" who needed serving.

Updated review after the seller proved the parcel was delivered with a tracking widget, I went back to the shop and the younger lady in there found it straight away, so I have updated my star score.

I would not recommend this place for click and collect.

Third time now the lady has claimed my parcel isn't there.

The previous two times one of the kids found them, this time she was on her own.

Here's an idea, if you're going to run a business in an overseas country maybe learn the basics of the domestic language.

Start with hello, please and thank you and build on that.

It is impossible to communicate with this lady and even when I got the supplier on the phone assuring her the parcel was there, she just would not accept it and kept speaking in Gujarati, which unfortunately for her I know a few swear words in, so I know what she said.

Great Service very friendly polite family run business highly recommend shopping there and collecting parcels.
