Absolutely terrible customer service travelled a hour plus added hotels to see tinchy booked a booth before hand bought 4 bottles and loads other drinks at bar between 4 of us totally around £300 to be told we had to leave our booth because tinchy wants my booth we were placed in a booth around loads of people who weren’t even vip and couldn’t see the performance as couldn’t leave our bottles approached the women claiming be manager to be rudely told if I don’t like it to leave absolutely shocking would not be returning

i came to this club and i wad quite disappointed with the staff, a year later, i returned for my birthday (again), and i don't think i can find the words to say how much Better my experience was. the customer service was incredible and I can't praise the DJ (Instagram: mercamusic?) enough, he played so many incredible tracks, if i was to return, he would be the reason why. very friendly and an amazing music taste, his talent is probably the reason i would come to this club again. Thank you to this DJ who has given me an amazing to remember, would definitely recommend this club to anyone.

Absolute joke this place. I dropped my daughter and a few of her mates off here. Who bought VIP tickets to meet and great zeph and AJ to be kicked out one hour later with no explanation an when asked for her money back to be met with the most disgusting language and behaviour from the door staff, the only good thing was bar staff, BUT I WOULD AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE, we feel like we have been scammed by this place

Love going here on the rare occasion when me my cousin get out. Down to earth and even though im probably oldest in there we always have a laugh and a great night

Absolutely great music, too advanced for Burnley. Open long hours.
