Sobar Southampton

Went to so crazy and it was epic. Great venue, great prices. It was LIT 🔥 would recommend for any student. Only complaint was the wait to get in due to the size of the que but well worth the wait.

Awful Staff, the rudest out of all of the Southampton Clubs/Bars. Showed someone where the toilet was and got kicked out by the buzz cut bouncer inside for being “too drunk” as I pointed to where the toilets was. Furthermore, when I had been kicked out on my own with no phone charge the staff outside refused to show me google maps so I could home safely.

Love the music, has a brilliant outdoor garden area and the staff are very friendly. Have read reviews saying the bouncers are rude, but they’re always super kind to me. Love it, especially their summer garden events.

Most nights its quite dead, but Sobar Tuesdays are the best night out in Southampton. It is absolutely packed and £2 quad vods are the best priced club drink out there. Music is quite good but it doesn't matter because everyone you know is there and 3 quad vods deep.

Headed to Sobar with friends, fantastic night and really helpful and supportive staff. I ended up partying on longer than my friends, they made sure I got home safely. Would definitely be back

I used to work here for years - it’s a fab place and a really inclusive bar for students. Really recommend it for anyone at Southampton uni who wants a fun night out.
