Purposely arrived before 11pm to qualify for 50% off drinks, as advertised on their website. They refused to accept that this was their own deal, even after being shown their own advertisement online, and refused to refund us 50% for our drinks. When we asked to speak to the manager we were told he/she was unavailable and that we would have to wait, potentially until closing, to speak to said manager..... overall, terrible experience.

We had a great evening. A group of 15 girls on a hen do, we did cocktail making and had a booth in the upstairs "cheesy" music room. Perfect for a mixed age group!
The guys doing the cocktail making with us were lots of fun. We got to make 4 cocktails.
Naomi was amazing and even personalised some bits for us and decorated the booth. Thank you so much for your professional service.

The lion king's zoo party was suck. We were there because the party was "ibiza style" and not. All night along trap (in ibiza is techno, trance, house, bighouse not trap all night) like others Saturdays the DJ Darrell Williams is horrible, he was repeating every song since 00 til 02.30 always the same music. I'm not going again if I don't know the line up

I had a great night yesterday with my girls it was straight forward getting in but when l went out for some air and to get someone else who wanted to join us the lady bouncer or guard was so rude. Before l even finish one word she gets in a mood and she is very rude the guys are always really reasonable and they listen. I think she needs to calm down listen breath and think about her reaction to anyone b4 she acts or gives a response on any situation.

Gloucesters biggest nightclub! Great night out with 2 dance floors mixing commercial and oldies 90's music. Staff are friendly and all round amazing atmosphere!

after working at the venue for 14 years. Go in to get entry via industry pass (which has been free entry since 2006) to be told they’ve never heard of it. After paying to get in, staff behind the bar are stood chewing gum, loooking uninterested to serve customers. Whilst walking round, notice door staff are sat in booths upstairs not observing the vasinity.

paid for entry (£5) stopped serving drinks at 2 and then closed before 3 even though it says 4:30, not good

I have to be honest here...the photos shown are not a true representation of how cold and rubbish the club is. I wish i wasn't having to say this but its black music everytime they are open and I have not yet seen one famous DJ play there. All in all it has to be one of the most boring nights I have had have, every visit, in gloucester.
I emailed them once to see what famous dj's they had coming up as they say proudly on the window.....no reply. No famouse house dj or any genre similar to that would waste their time on such a small rubbish club. sorry guys, stop mispresenting yourselves. It is unjust to lie and unfair!
