The Swan, Stockwell

I went to the Swan on a Saturday for my friend’s 30th birthday and we had the best time (with the bar staff being really friendly). It’s big so we never felt crowded and has some seating areas to chill on. I accidentally left my glasses there during the night out - Richard was really kind when I rang on Monday and took the time to look through lost property for me (can’t say the same for every bar and definitely not every nightclub!). He found them and I was able to pick them up less than an hour later - can’t recommend them enough both for a great night out in Stockwell and for service !

Great night out welcoming atmosphere and brilliant service, lots of fun! Also, lost my coat here 6 months ago (I know) and they still have it! Im yet to pick it up but I'm amazed!

I would highly recommend visiting The Swan! It’s literally just opposite Stockwell tube station so you can’t go wrong! And once inside, it’s an amazing night out!! Like no other! A great vibe inside, a huge array of music that you can dance the night away to and it closes at 5/6am so you can just keep on going!! 💪🏻

The staff are extremely friendly and accommodating also! 👌🏻 I actually lost my denim jacket a there a couple of weeks back and after leaving a voicemail asking if they’d found out, I had a very friendly call back from Richard. He made the time to look through the lost property and successfully found my lost jacket which I was so happy about! I couldn’t come to collect it for a week so he kindly labelled it and allowed me to pick it up the following week.

Great venue, but off putting security staff, I was not stopped myself, but saw an incredibly aggressive security guard grabbing people and throwing them out of the queue for not having cash because the card machine on the door was broken. It was as if he had some severe anger management problem and was picking on all the men in the queue to try and get them to fight back so he'd have an excuse for a punch up. Extremely unprofessional behaviour and very off putting, found it so disturbing I left the queue and went elsewhere.

Yaaay this place is great fun. Always a great night. So many fun areas and all the fun tunes.

I even lost my phone to the floor of the Swan and a lovely man called Richard behind the bar found it, looked after it and returned it to me safe and sound the next day. Yayay.

Decent night out. Good if you need somewhere to get drinks late in London. Staff are great, special shout out to Richard who was extremely helpful when I lost my wallet!

After a great night on Saturday at the Swan, I realised I lost my wallet. The security let me back in to look around, but given it was so busy, I couldn't find it. I called on Monday and was delighted to hear it had been handed in, with cash intact. Richard kindly posted it back to me.

The Swan has multiple rooms over several levels. Good crowd inside and quick bar service given how busy it was.

They were really helpful dealing with my lost property inquiries after I left my coat on a Saturday night out, and was able to return it to me with no hassle on the Monday afterwards.
