Does the job! Compact venue with some interesting artists playing there. System not bad. Bit annoying to walk to the loo is on the far side of the tight dance floor, but not much they could do about that I guess!

Really nice place, good audio system but it's too empty. I've been on Saturday night and unfortunately is not really enjoyable for dancing, they just need to advertise more.

I went there, paid five pounds and sat there enjoying the music when an Italian guy poured a drink over me for absolutely no reason. I complained to the door guy who took my money and he said there was nothing he can do, he was also Italian. I complained to the door guy who also did nothing and said that the guy spends a lot of money there so he couldn't kick him out. I left without a refund and soaked in beer. This is a dangerous club run by greedy bastards. Avoid at all costs.

I came here on the Bank Holiday Weekend Sunday (August 27th) and while I had come on a previous occasion, I still feel quite upset about my last experience and feel the need to write a review almost two weeks onwards. The place itself and the music is good, however I deplore the bartender's behaviour - Noel, if my memory serves me well - towards me. As the place was closing a little earlier than usual, I asked the bartender if it was possible to put my friend's drink in a takeaway cup. I understood it wasn't possible as there is no outside drinks license. Adding "I do it for my friends, but you're not my friend" was completely unnecessary. Commenting on my dress was also completely uncalled for. I know working in hospitality is a tough job, and some days are better than others, but he was right, I am not his friend, and snarky comments should best be avoided. I can take a joke; the tone used on this occasion didn't scream "friendly banter" to me but passive aggressivity. This left me with a very bitter souvenir and it is still very unclear in my mind as to how I might have wronged him. I was completely sober that night and have no recollection of bad behaviour or lack of respect on my part. On a side note, there was no issue with his attitude towards my male friend. I don't usually feel personally victimised and this might be a one off, but it did leave me with a very disagreeable impression.

DJ played requested garage classics such as Joy by MC Ruff Ryder and Little man by Sia. He mixed them in amazingly! Great venue, great ambience and free entry with polite door and bar staff. Great music and affordable drinks. Had such an enjoyable night that I came here with my friend again

Had great experiences there .
Now been appointed as the new GM and we are having quite a few transformations .
Better sound system , redecorating, craft beers, better selection of wines following cheese boards with grapes to go with the wine while you enjoy a chilled After work vibe.
From 10 pm we have Djs

I generally don't write reviews but this place is terrible!!!!
We paid £5 for the entrance - which is absolutely fine - but once in you cannot leave otherwise you must repay !!!???!!!
It was almost empty, we just wanted to pick up friend and come back (leaving literally for 15min)... No way to do it, there is no stamp, nothing at all: if you leave you repay ! We just tried to explain to the lady at the door (I guess the manager) but she was just super aggressive and rude - seriously????!!!
Frankly, I worked in a bar before so I know what means to deal with people but what happened yesterday it's something that I have never seen before, just inadmissible!
