Security and staff here are ridiculously rude its actually a joke. I was waiting in the que and my friend realised she couldnt find her bank card. The bouncer told me to go through and I said can you give me a minute my friends lost her bank card. His reply was nah nah nah you dont hold up my que. Like im sorry do you own the club? Security guard inside also shoved me really hard to get to another guy and spilt my drink all over me. Honestly no need as there was plenty of space to go around me. No apology was given. So many dodgy people in this club they let absolutely anyone inside as well. Hope it closes down honestly.

After reserving and paying 200£ for a table, first time I go to the bar and they serve me 2 glasses of hot water(waiting in the queue for 20 minutes )
Second time (being very hot in the main room could barely able to dance) to get a bottle of water(hopefully not again a glass with hot water like previously) after waiting in the queue again for 30 min (people coming and pushing themselves in front of us and being served as well but us still waiting in the queue) I told the barman that is not right for everyone being served and us waiting for 30 minutes he told to his colleague to do not serve us just because I told him the truth .
At that point decided just to leave being so thirsty nearly at the point to faint .
Is not possible to have this behaviour in any workplace, surely not in a club .
We just wished to party and be treated well but all we’ve got was disappointment and need to leave (being as well our friend birthday

As a parent of an 18 year end who was visiting with friends, it was good to know how considerate and helpful the door men/women and paramedic were when they had a turn for the worse. Can't thank them enough.

I am absolutely disgusted with the security staff team. My friend got manhandled, slapped and catcalled by a security member of your team named Haseeb. Whoever he is, he needs to be fired immediately, you simply CANNOT have a man like that within a workplace. Who knows the sort of danger he brings to not only the public but perhaps even the staff. I am absolutely disgusted by the service

I came at 11 and thought the the crowd would get busy by 1 am but the security gave a random CHECK and were almost successful to accusee for bringing drugs in the area and accuse me for everything

I shouted that get my blood test and clear me out or i would call police, they let me go for the false accusations

Absolutely VILE security staff. I spent my birthday here, first time going. We had a table everything was fine until me and my friend accidentally fell over as we was wearing heels. Next thing I know me and my friend are being dragged out, down the stairs very violently by a security guard with dread locks. He pushed me down the stairs, backwards my pony tail hair extension was ripped out of my hair, he called me names and was extremely abusive. I am covered in bruises and cuts I am shocked and disgusted. To pay £300 and get treated like that, he also abused my other freinds. HE IS GOING TO GET FIRED THIS IS TOTALLY NOT ACCEPTABLE!!!!??

Never had a bad experience here at all the bouncers were very helpful and went above and beyond and the mangers were great in dealing with any issues we had all in all would highly recommend Pryzm Watford
