To begin with, I have visited this club only once and this is my personal opinion about this club. I am going to point few major advantages and disadvantages that I found in this club.

Advantages:
*Club has a nice interior, tables seemed to me attractive, shelfs of alcohol is a cool thing in this club, bartenders wear same dresses;
*Friendly staff members;
*Wide choice of alcohol;
*If you are interested in luxurious alcohol it's the right place where to look for it.

Disadvantages:
*They use plastic cups for most of the drinks;
*If you are European, you might not feel yourself in the right place, because there's a lot of Asians, so it's like a little Asia in club Mantra, there was even a DJ who played few Asian tracks;
*Dance floor is slightly too small.

In conclusion, I would come here again, since it seemed to me to be the best club in Norwich.

I didn't want to offend anyone who's Asian or anyone else. For some of you my disadvantages might be even an advantages :)

Good music, great most nights. Major problems which need to be addressed as a matter of urgency is glass on the dance floor. Health and safety would go mad. I have come home with smashed shards of glass in my shoes. Plastic cups should always be handed out and this needs to be sorted because this could be extremely dangerous. Another problem is the attitude of some staff. Bouncers are brilliant, can't fault them. But the staff at the front desk are frankly a huge let down for the place before even really stepping in. Especially the woman in charge of the lockers and hangers, ive been greeted by her awful attitude several times and walked away feeling like I am causing her some sort of problem every time and I'm not the only one who has said this. Hygiene of the toilets is disgusting, yes it's a nightclub but at least do something about the urine all over the floor in the cubicles instead of getting the 'freshen up' man to clean it with a rag. Otherwise, good night out and I would come again but these issues really need to be looked at, particularly the glass!

Price better than expected or compared to previous visits. It's also got a very decent smoking area.

They didn't say set times for the event, which in the end meant leaving fairly early. They also make you take your jacket off, not a specific issue for me but it's worth mentioning as a few people were rightly annoyed and others might want to know.

The worst disco pub in the world, i travel a lot and i visited so many disco in any place, but this one is the worst one. First time there and they have stolen my jacket. Unbelievable, shame music, expensive cocktails and beers. The security guard too much bossy and arrogant. Is he paid too much to cheat with a lady than doing his job? Paid for what? Cheating with ladies? Well done man. I am happy for you. Avoid this place if don’t want have troubles.

Had an altercation where the bouncers thought I was doing drugs but I actually have a stoma bag and they were so understanding and polite about it all they even gave me free drinks! Honestly the best place I've ever been! They have decent music and a great team with door staff and bar staff! If you wanna go anywhere you wanna go here! Thanks again to the management team and the door staff with their professionalism!

Its currently midnight Thursday night/Friday morning and I cant sleep because of this venue. Very disrespectful to residents.

Physical assault! I was pushed and shoved by both the manager and security guards. I repeatedly asked them to not push but instead of respecting this, they literally picked me up and shoved me on the exit of the club. Terrible place, even morse music, avoid if you can, even when you’re tempted while drunk just avoid! You’re better off sleeping at home.

Personally I would not come here again…even if it was the only night club in Norwich. I am actually from Bury St Eds… but Yuh I came here for New Year’s Eve. Was surrounded by really grumpy staff. A lot of the staff were rude, including the dj downstairs. He seems to be a huge hater of Miley Cyrus…😂 ridiculous behaviour. Most of the songs were so overplayed absolutely rinsed…he felt the need to repeat a lot of them. He did play some good songs tho I’ll give him that however his behaviour was really OFF and he seemed really sad…not a good atmosphere for New Year’s Eve if I do say so myself!! Omg this weird blonde girl was so angry because I was standing on the carousel horse I was just having a laugh and I remember her shouting at me “OFF OR OUT” I understand health and safety measures however this person obviously has got issues and no social skills because last time I checked that is not how you treat human beings who are just trying to have fun on New Years but a lot of people are just so incredibly desperate for some type importance I guess😜😘 Smashed glass everywhere, puke and Urine everywhere…damn the toilets HELP😱😂 Tbh I wouldn’t touch the bannisters either when walking up the stairs if I were you😘 I thank the people at the bar who took care of my phone when I couldn’t find it and the guy at the bar outside was really pleasant! Also the bouncers out the front were super polite they allowed me and my family in without ID and to the front as my auntie has a disability!! So Yuh I took time out of my day to type out this review. All I’m saying is please owner make the needed improvements, it’s the little things! HAPPY NEW YEAR!
