Do not bother asking them to repair your car, they will rip you off. Took my car in for a fault to be told it was a wire, charged me shy of £200 for a diagnostic and a bit of wire with electrical tape (£55 just for the wire). Car lasted 4 days and broke down again with same issues.... had to call AA out to get my car working and told it was a battery fault that caused the original fault. Garage refused to admit thier mistake and tried to charge me a further £200 to replace the battery. Lastly the "free" health check they did stated Advisories that would need fixing before my MOT, due same week. Took car to a reputable competitor around the corner who sorted out my battery and did the MOT with no advisories! AVOID. Would have given a 0 if possible

I bought the car last year with 3 year service + warranty and I had problems from the start. There were multiple issues with the car and car AC was broken. I reported it the next day of purchase. Nissan Ayr refused to Re-gas the AC. I had to complain repeatedly to get it fixed. finally.

Now I am trying to book the annual service with Nissan Ayr and they told me that courtesy car wont be provided for the day, as the last time I returned the car it was not in satisfactory condition When I asked what was wrong with the car the lady answered she doesn't remember now.

- Why it was not mentioned at the time of the return that courtesy car was not in satisfactory condition
- If they are barring someone for life they should have documentary evidence of what was wrong with the courtesy car.
- The whole idea behind purchasing cars from dealership is peace of mind. That was the only reason I paid extra premium for purchase, warranty and servicing. Could have gone elsewhere otherwise
- Now I am stuck with them for 3 years and cant do anything about it. regretted my decision from day one and it is getting worst with time

Shocking service from this Nissan dealership. Offer received to buy a new car. When I call back to pay deposit it has been sold to another customer. Shoddy, Unprofessional and can't believe award they say. Avoid.

Staff Friendly enough but Make sure you check out every detail on car before you take delivery / Pickup , They are keen to reply to you but talk no action, I had a few issues , burned through 2 front tyres in 6 weeks, tracking was a mile out, cost me for 2 tyres and tracking, No intrested, Update have refunded me for tyre's and alignment.
Issues with bodywork - again NO intrested,
Asked several times over 2 months to take to my local parks to get check over kept saying would look into it but never got back to me.
same dirty marks on car when i went to initially collect it, Dont make you feel a valued customer, back brakes were sticking from day 1, I thought because laying in stock with brake on it would be bit rusty and it would have freed up but turns out needs 100s spent on it to repair, garage completely no intrested once sold just want money, have used parks 3 times in last 10 year's, Never again.
Update - had the car in will not do anything for bodywork or brakes as no covered under any warranty, will update again if any changes.
