Friendly and supportive staff. Clean and welcoming. Variety of tenants, appreciative, and polite and respectful.

I lived here for several months. It is a nice place where the staff are friendly. The food is mediocre and the rooms are clean. No wonder though that there is so much hassle here with residents. There isn't a lot to do. The Internet struggles to even play Netflix which thinking of Internet today is a very basic function. The TV Aries doesn't always give you all the channels. And there is no communal area to watch TV or go on computers. If the tv worked properly and the Internet would stream videos without a problem. Things would most probably calm down a little bit. I know that there are unfortunately a lot of criminals and drug addicts here but they could at least get better internet, tv and food. At the end of the day they are still people that have the rights to have better than what they are currently receiving. And i really think that if the basic things where in place there would be a totally different atmosphere in the place

Would not recommend living nearby, but most days there is some Jeremy Kyle style argument to keep you entertained

Amazing place, fixed me about 30 years ago when I fell through the door a stumbling mess, proper people who care

What a fab team so friendly it was a pleasure deli ering there catering goods well done and keep up the great work your doing for so many people

Friendly & cheerful staff, very welcoming. Secure building, felt safe sleeping here.
