Little Elms Daycare Nursery Catford Green

My 11-month-old daughter recently started at Little Elms and we are really happy so far. She had 6 settling-in sessions building up from 1 to 3 hours (I joined the first one) which we thought was comprehensive, especially for such little ones in the baby room. The staff are honestly all so nice to her. She has a lovely key worker and is also getting to know all the staff in the room which I think is important for her to feel comfortable. She's been given 1-to-1 attention when she's been tearful/uncertain, but yesterday at pickup she was playing more independently and apparently she had slept at lunchtime - wahoo! - so I can see she is already happy. I'm trying to raise a baby without single-use plastic and the nursery have been really open about cloth nappies and using a potty. I love that the nursery offers messy play and activites I can't really do with my daughter at home.

My son has just started at little elms but so far it has been a great experience for him. I love that you get detailed feedback about the day and how understanding and helpful the staff are, especially on the days little one is feeling grumpy.
I can tell just how happy he is to be there as he usually wants to keep playing when it's time to go and happily babbles to me about his day all the way home!

My daughter started at little elms catford green in June and is already progressing so well. She often talks about the team in the baby room, and she has really started using more words. The team are highly committed to providing the best opportunities for the children. Management are always on hand for advice and support. Fantastic nursery :)

We sent our son to the nursery when it opened for the first time, moving him from another nursery we were not happy with, and so glad we made the change! Both our children have now gone through and we couldn't have asked for a better set up. Management are all so responsive and reliable and the staff are fantastic, taking the time to build a great relationship with the children and provide daily feedback on what they have been doing. My son was really well prepared for school by the time he left last year with the school classroom looking like a very similar set up with the interactive white board, carpet time etc and the staff introducing phonics and maths. A little gem just down the road from the train station, so convenient for commuting into work!

This nursery is amazing place! Very clean with great staff and very welcoming. My son has been going here for 2 years now. Great staff with so much heart and caring mindset. The carers really make an effort to engage the kids and develop them in a very individualised way. The management is really committed to providing a safe, fun, and loving environment and we’re very thankful to the whole team at Catford Green Little Elms. Owls room carers - my son keeps talking about you and what excited things have you beed doing together each day. Please keep on the great job that you do!

We've been really happy with all aspects of our son's time at Little Elms Catford Green so far. He settled in really well despite the pandemic and moving nurseries in the middle of it. His key worker, Lucy, and all the team in the baby room have been great, he's so happy to see them in the morning and they've helped his speech come on in leaps and bounds. Kim and Millie are really responsive and send regular informative emails that really make us feel updated as needed. Many thanks team!!

I am very pleased with the treatment my daughter has received since attending in December. It is her first time to experience long periods away from me at the age of 2 and I must say that all the staff are welcoming, they really take the time to get to know your child on a personal level, they inform you on the day to day activities and give you peace of mind if you feel a little anxious. The communication in general is amazing the whole team always are willing to answer any questions and update you on the process throughout the months. Little Elms has really helped my daughter come out of her shell and expand on her sentences as she loves to let me know what she did throughout the day. Best choice I could have made!

Our daughter loves it at Little Elms Catford Green. She is well looked after and is always doing activities that help with her learning and development. The carers and managers are responsive, professional and their communication is always clear. They have also been very flexible and understanding during the pandemic. Definitely recommend.
