Tops Day Nurseries: Musgrove Nursery

Great nursery, all staff are brilliant and very good with the kids! I love the flexibility of booking shifts too as this fits in very well with my work pattern. The kids do lots of practical stuff and spend lots of time outdoors. I would highly recommend Tops Musgrove!

I can highly recommend Tops Nursery Musgrove! I have been so happy with the professional and friendly staff who work there and care for my two boys. The flexible booking is very convenient, I can just book them in for the hours I need each week without having to commit to set days. Tops is great value for money, clean and it is a fun, safe environment for children to learn and play. My two boys love Tops they have great relationships with their teachers who generally care about their well-being, happiness and development.

Great for booking hours to work around our schedule. Were amazing help when my son was born early and i had to change hours frequently to visit. My daughter really enjoys seeing all her friends and has a great bond with a select few members of staff, some she feels a lot more comfortable with than others. Some staff members can be less informative than others. Issues i have had would be the staff remembering to continue with requirements, follow ups of discussions had regarding care and support, also there needs to be a lot more contact with the childs keyworker on a regular basis especially with covid where you cannot physically enter the building to have a real discussion with them, its outside where it isnt very private and its rushed.

Started my little boy in the nursery this year and he loves it. Staff are amazing and caring - definitely feel safe leaving my child there whilst I am at work. Communication is great if anything does happen.

My daughter aged 2 1/2 has been attending Tops Musgrove since September 2020 and has in that time moved from Explorers to Investigators. She loved Explorers so much, I’m so happy with how well she seemed to settle in and start to look forward to going- a lifesaver as a key worker in the pandemic- all thanks to the wonderful staff and the excellent care she received (special mention to Katie!) When she was ready to move up to Investigators we were initially a little worried as to how the move would affect her but there was no need- again she settled brilliantly and absolutely loves going. Forest School is a particular highlight for her but again, it’s the staff she comes home and talks about (special mention to Roberta and Kay here!). Overall her confidence has grown, her vocabulary and ability to talk is increasing exponentially and she eats 3 portions of lunch most weeks (amazed we haven’t been charged extra!) plus comes home exhausted but happy- we couldn’t be happier with Tops! Thanks to the whole team

Both sons went here, I saw one get yanked by the arm by a member off staff and the other made no progress in the two years of being there as was left to himself and became terrified of the place! Staff more interested in getting drunk the night before work

Really friendly team providing excellent care for my son. I love hearing all the things he’s learnt!
