Great home ! The staff there is really friendly and caring!

My mum has just come to this home and she has diementia.

The staff there are fantastic and when you call them nothing is to much trouble.

Considering i dont live in the Uk they keep me informed of everything.

I would just like to say a big thank you to them all.

I repeatedly complained about my mum’s care specifically removing her call bell so she couldn’t call for help. The home failed consistently to ensure this happened. I have been left heartbroken at the way she was treated.
