I visited Land Rover Experience West Country with my father and my son (6). We had a great morning at what is a professional and extremely well run centre. From the minute you arrive you are greeted by a very friendly team, great coffee and a welcoming atmosphere. We experienced the Discovery which as expected from a LR product handled the terrain with ease. I look forward to returning one day soon...

The team at Land Rover Experience are amazing, they allow you to build trust in the technology, and their knowledge and tuition let’s you not only learn what is going on but how and why, giving you the confidence in these amazing machines!

Great place to try out your driving skills, however the latest Defender makes it a breeze and takes the hard work out of it so you can enjoy the experience. Great Instructors who make you feel at ease and share lots of tips and insights, Clive had a great personality which was a bonus.

This was such a good experience, really welcoming and friendly from all staff members. Will was our instructor for the 1 hour taster, he was great at explaining everything, going through the different modes and what the vehicle is capable of. We will definitely be back for the half day in the future!

If you buy a new or approved Land Rover or Range Rover you get a complimentary half a day here. Apparently, only 20% of buyers take this up. The other 80% are losing out, this is a fantastic adventure and a chance to improve your off road skills and increase your intimate knowledge of your new purchase. Your new car stays in the car park whilst you put theirs through it's paces. You will be amazed at what is possible for these cars to tackle and the technology that is contained behind the Dashboard.

An impressive halfway, with a brilliant practical demonstration of the Evoques of road capability. Throughly enjoyed the experience. Clive the instructor was knowledgeable and personable.

Yesterday morning I was surprised with a trip to Land Rover Experience West Country.

Upon arrival two members of staff were waiting outside to greet us. We walked in and other staff said hello. Covid-precautions were on-point. We were offered drinks and shown where the bathroom was.

The tour guide (Andy) was phenomenal. From his knowledge of the product to the land we drove on. His expertise was outstanding. He made every minute of the experience exciting and proved to be a fantastic teacher.

Customer journey is so very important. I remember poor experiences and probably don't shout about the good ones enough. I came away thinking about how I can use what I experienced to improve my own business.

We did a half day Land Rover experience and shared the driving between 4 and it was brilliant.

From start to finish the level of service we received was superb. Originally I booked this with the site Manager Paul, Paul had to deal with our late cancellation/ rebooking which he made very stress free.

As soon as we arrived we were greeted in the car park with a warm welcome, then brought into our own room for the day where we had to fill out a little bit of paperwork, the lady on reception was extremely friendly and kind.

We were then introduced to Steve and his knowledge and passion on Land Rovers is very impressive. You can tell he loves his job.

The experience itself is unbelievable and we would highly recommend it to anyone.
