I do not like the thought of writing a bad review for someone because I know it will affect their business, but AJ Products have been nothing but disappointing to deal with. They got my first order with them wrong, meaning I had to wait another month or so for my order. I then (in hindsight foolishly) went back to them to order a storage unit, which after a month or so, didn't arrive because the delivery firm returned it damaged, without telling me, I only found out when I chased it up. The replacement arrived, another month later so badly damaged it is almost a joke. Whilst AJ Product is not directly to blame for the damage, they chose the delivery partner; as such I will not be ordering from AJ again and I would advise you not to either. What annoys me the most is that I have not heard a word from AJ since informing them of the damage and they have not provided a refund.... sadly this bad review is probably the only way to get their attention.

This is the first time I have ordered from this company. I ordered two bins that arrived and seemed to be old, used and damaged - photos below. I am awaiting a response

AJ Products are a fantastic company, they have a great range to choose from, budgets to suit a variety of clients, and as a business that uses them regularly I can honestly say I have had nothing but positive experiences with them.
We do a lot of refurbishment works in both commercial offices and within the education sector, I encourage all our clients to give AJ products a try, I wouldn't go anywhere else and that's coming from a construction and refurbishment company with 30+ years experience.

This desk was £178. Cracked down the middle, chipped corners. A call to their customer services was met with a pass ag, 'we'll get to it when we have time' attitude. I also don't have time to chase up refunds, but I am paying almost £200 for junk. Buyer beware.

Ordered a corner sit stand desk, I was kept informed regarding delivery, good communication and delivered quicker than expected.
Good quality very happy with it thank you. Luckily hubby is a builder as the instructions could do with a bit more detail, but he got there.......but it took a while!

All good, concrete quality excellent, useful hole in the middle (which is why I chose these blocks) delivery straight forward and they do what they are designed for - sitting still and not moving!

I bought a standing desk and two sliding door cabinet Modulus and I am extremely pleased with the quality and the look. Everyone who came to my office so far have been very impressed, it looks so smart.

I ordered a height adjustable desk NOMAD from them, the assembly components did not align well, the power unit did not fit anywhere, the desk board did had any holes to bolt it on top the base, this products expects expert level handyman skills and tools and does not mention it on the product. Extremely rude customer support with no willingness to resolve issue or help return the product. Worst customer experience.
