Regus - London, High Street Kensington

Regus are absolute cowboys. AVOID. They will chase you for payments you have already made. They will instruct debt collectors for payments you've already made. Customer Services number cuts off and the staff have absolutely no clue. Don't be stupid and go elsewhere... less hassle.

If only I could give zero stars... Regus is a total disgrace in customer service. I suspect this company has fallen under its weight, with its front of house staff having to bear the burden of poor management. After multiple attempts to reach them with my grievances, I have only been given dismissive messages through intermediaries. Avoid this company at all costs, unless you want to deal with the stress of navigating their systemic incompetence.

I love how Regus is my office no matter where I go.

This one had a different WiFi setup than all the others I have been to. Kitchen facilities were much reduced here. Coffee for pay.

Use to work here. Lou the receptionist is super nice

I dealt with Simmy and she was so professional. She is outstanding and definitely an asset to the company...

No internet today while in conference ZOOM meet, It cut for 30 minutes.
Tried to find Manager, no one at reception. Manager went home. No response to our office or information office by office. Many angry people.
Regus should get better staff and Manager, All I know is Simmy should be doing another job and not at Regus as asked who the Manager was.
I am fair and tolerate, but we had an important client call. We as suppliers looked like idiots!!!

I know how these people earn their money: charging your for services they have never rendered. Bravo
