I was a tenant here at Regus West Malling used the 'Virtual Office' solution whist I found an alternative office. Virtual office never once posted my post without me chasing. Latest joke was when I went in last week to find out if I had any mail, none had been forwarded, my post was there, however, the franking machine had broken, had been for some time, though Regus apparently wouldn't send someone to get it fixed. The Receptionist is basically just holding all mail, but hadn't either the foresight or time to email Virtual Office Tenants to say their post was there.
As a physical tenant I was billed incorrectly most months and charged a late payment fee (£35) whilst the invoice was being disputed, it took so long for the 'corporate machine' of Regus to look into it.
This centre is used for various services both B2C and B2B. It is used on behalf of the universal credit office to see if people are 'fit for work' as well as being a beauticians on the ground floor, so more often than not it felt like a doctors waiting room or a beauty/nail salon. Far from the professional image a business to business company wants to portray to their clients.
It is very over priced for a distinctly below average service offering.
Regardless of the Pandemic, it hasn't absolved the need for communication and to be able to fulfil their part of the service agreement. Don't waste your time or money. There are other places locally with more flexible terms and better service.

was a little shocked to find we had to pay 150 parking to take my 89 year-old mother-in-law for diabetic eye screening but nice clean place

This will become the most expensive mistake you will make as a business. Regus massively overcharged for everything. The people who.worl.ther are nice but there is nothing serviced about this office. The loci g doesn't make sense. In 30 days we have laid over £2600 and just got our 4th invoice in our first month which is what prompted us to immediately cancel. They then the following day sent me an additional £700 invoice. Initially, our rent is meant to be £800 a month for what we were told is an office meant to be fit for 6 people. You can only fit 3people as a squeeze. They have the hearing on full blast and charge for the coffee, parking, and everything else. Nothing about this office is serviced. Avoid this place like the plague.

Have my office there, which is always clean with new office furniture. Love the area where building is located in. Receptionists are very polite and very helpful.Good parking.
Very happy with my choice and recommend to anyone. Who is looking for office space, physical or virtual, look no further, check Regus, you will love it there!

Visited Hearing Matters for a hearing test and hearing aid review. Simple to find and easy to park (type in your reg on reception.)

Hearing Matters was superb too, worth visiting
