Regus - Heathrow, Stockley Park, The Square

Great staff, always willing to help. As our company has grown we have had to move office within the building several times. Regus staff have always assisted us throughout each move to make sure we can continue to work effectively. Special mentions to Sarah, Clair and David.

Apart from the excellent business location, the staff has to be the biggest plus. Excellent Customer Service; professional, friendly, funny and efficient. Always on hand to help with any problem. Need to give compliments to Sarah Thornton, great smile and always on hand to help. Wanted the Management to know their greatest asset, truly a role model to other staff and definitely goes a long way to polishing the brand. David Luiz and Luis Suarez also deserves a mention. Pleasure to work with on a day-to-day basis.

We had a very smooth experience hiring a large Regus office for a television commercial shoot. The Regus team were very friendly, namely Clare and David. Breakfast was organised and laid out for our early arrival and constant refreshments were provided throughout the day. The office was cool and quiet and provided a perfect location for our needs. We wouldn't hesitate to use Regus offices again in the future.

The Regus office at 6-9 The Square is contemporary, clean, professional and the nicest office building I have worked in. The location is fantastic with great links to Heathrow, London, the M4 and M25.

The company relocated to Stockley Park from Central London 2 months ago. The environment is very relaxing, it is a lovely place to work.
All the Regus staff we have met here are nice and friendly.
The girls at Reception are first class, very welcoming, polite and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble for them. They have dealt with any queries we have had in an efficient and professional manner.

I have been working alongside the Regus Team coming up to 2 years in October. I am a business owner currently operating and providing catering for the in house clients at Regus Stockley park.

Because of my job roll here a great need of communication and trust between me and the team is of up most importance for both parties involved in order to run a healthy business and friendly environment for everyone around. In my time here we have created a great bond of both professional and personal relationships.

The team Clair, Sarah, Sarah, Nicole, Elle are all friendly, a great laugh and always willing to help, I have never come across anything that we cannot resolve and the service received is of top class. The team make the building a warm and welcoming place to be and I can highly recommend that the level of service you receive will be appreciated.

I visited today and found that they are now charging parking fees, . No mention of this when I booked and it is not the practice in other Regus offices I use contrary to what the receptionist said. I was given a small stuffy overheated room supposedly for 2 but not big enough to arrange to face the client across the desk.

I wouldn’t recommend moving into this location purely because the centre management is poor. You will spend your time chasing after little issues that take away from your business focus. Fortunately we only have a 6 month contract here.

EDIT: the response asking to file a case is just marketing. I’ve already contacted Regus central with no response.
