Jenny Simpkins is very helpful, she will try to help you or find ways of helping if something else hasn't or isn't working, and if needed will explain anything in detail if you are unsure of have a query.
Jess is the GM and she tries to get a lot of feedback from people and will try implement that where possible.
When we met with the sales person DV in Borehamwood, we have explained clearly that we needed an agreement to act as a lease contract and we needed this for some legal applications. We were promised that their agreement will meet these requirements and there is nothing to worry about. After 2 months of chasing we have an agreement that is not signed by Regus and it's not even available under MyRegus document section and nobody even cared to find out why, agreement is missing our VAT details and has the wrong company name and they are saying it is only available online. After a number of emails and calls their less than capable accounts team with some rude and unprofessional staff (i.e. FB) have replied to us as follows:
"What i would suggest is to terminate this agreement now, since it is a Month to month agreement and sign a new one.
I remind you that if you terminate your agreement now the end date will be the 30 April 2020"
This is despite the fact that e have at the started provided all our company details to DV and we expected a proper signed agreement with all the details to be posted or presented to us. DV's unprofessional response to this was you should have added this to the agreement, my argument is why have you not told us before hand that we needed to make these changes and the fact that the we would not get a signed agreement as promised but unfortunately all she could have done was to laugh at my comments over the phone.
The other thing which I see across all reviews here is the hidden charges and sneaky sales tactics that they have. I had a bad experience with this in the past and that is why when DV was listing everything that was included in our deal I was quite surprised and asked if there where any extra or additional charges which she has again replied not at all only for me to find out on our first day that I will need to pay £20 a month to use the coffee machine in the kitchen and another £20 a month for using the centre as our registered office address which is 5 times the price of what other companies offer.
Regus is eager to get your money as fast as they can with so many hisdden charges and too many lies during their sales pitch but they are one of the worst companies professionally and morally within the UK.
AVOID, SAVE YOURSELF FROM TROUBLE OF SIGNING UP!
