My company has an office with Regus on Lombard Street for about 3 years and I can say their facilities are great, staff is very friendly and helpful. Good conference rooms and all together had a great experience with them. Easy access to Bank station and lots of facilities around. Highly recommended.

The location of our offices in Lombard street are excellent for transport links and to be close to our clients. With a high class business lounge and additional meeting rooms available, this building could meet any businesses need. I have the highest regard and appreciate the efforts of the Operations team @ Lombard Street. There is never a job too big or too small that can not be dealt with in a timely and professional manor. The team Izzy, Clendy, Oussama, Jade, Gintare and Dave are great ambassadors for Regus and work hard to ensure that the client's expectations are exceeded. Their friendly approach makes me feel that they are an extension of my operation and they go the extra mile to support me.

One of the worst Regus offices I've visited. It's dirty, poorly laid out, and full of broken or damaged equipment. (the toilet seat is missing in one of the restrooms and the flush is broken in the other. It's been this way for months.) front desk staff are unhelpful, completely indifferent and will let anyone walk in the door. They don't check membership. I'm canceling my membership.

One of my favourite regus. Two minutes walk from Bank underground, every healthy food shop you could want nearby, pret a manger, Leon, pod, crussh etc. Helpful staff in regus, good amenities, they top up tea and coffee and biscuits (not that i eat them)! Close promptly at 6pm so be ready to leave!

Place is a mess currently, broken air-conditioning for 3 months, and lifts that have seen better days. Staff and location the only positives. Lifts also have only a couple working. Terrible.
