Tec Marina

Nice venue, have been working here for a few months now and enjoyed every moment. The offices themselves are spacious, colourful, well-lit and air conditioned, so not at all lacking in comfort.
Great staff, a well equipped gym and games room and an all-round friendly atmosphere makes the work week that much easier to look forward to.

Tec Marina is a great place to work. Not only is in a central location that’s easy to reach by car or public transport, but it has all the facilities you need to run your business, including meeting rooms, an onsite gym and colourful kitchens with free tea and coffee on offer!

Over the past few months, I’ve been really impressed with Tec Marina’s prompt and professional response to COVID-19. The building is extremely clean with plenty of hand sanitisers available to use. There’s also loads of room so you can easily keep your distance from other residents. I feel safe coming to work here.

It's great having an office at Tec Marina. The beautiful Penarth Marina is just a short walk away and there's a supermarket and a petrol station practically located next door, which is useful. The free onsite gym is also a massive benefit to working here!

The building has a great atmosphere and is really bright and spacious. The staff are all very friendly and are always happy to help with anything you need. They have also taken all the necessary steps to help us feel safe due to the recent Coronavirus pandemic, such as regularly cleaning surfaces, installing sanitizing stations throughout the building and implementing a one-way system. I had no concerns coming back to the office and love coming to work at Tec Marina.

I've worked at Tec Marina for nearly 2 years and it is a great place to work. The staff and all of the other businesses are really friendly. The onsite gym is very popular (now it's back open) as is the great location with some lovely coffee shops around the beautiful Marina. More importantly during the last 6 months of lockdown, Gaile and the team worked really hard to ensure that the building was clean and safe for those of us onsite!

Tec Marina hosts a lovely atmosphere and is greatly equipped, clean and spacious which makes for a very comfortable office environment. The reception staff are very helpful and friendly. Jon especially makes every day at the office a good one! His enthusiasm and good mornings are a great start to anyones day. Great Place and facilities, especially following Covid-19 guidelines, Tec Marina has made coming back to work reassuring and easy!

Tec Marina is a very cool and progressive place to have an office. The Location in Penarth Marina is great - and always impresses our visitors. The staff - John and Nicky - are a real pleasure to have around - and the mood here is always good. Highly recommend it!

We have recently taken an office space at Tec Marina and cannot recommend highly enough the facilities available. Along with the helpful and friendly staff, Tec Marina is a great work environment with local amenities within walking distance. The staff have also been quick to make a number of changes to help residents feel safe following the newly introduced COVID-19 guidelines, such as installing screens between seating in the atrium and providing hand sanitising stations throughout the building.

Working in Tec Marina has been great! Safety is guaranteed and the entire place is really clean. The office spaces are well organized, so it feels great going back in!
