Well, I would say I have never been so humiliated, (except I probably have!) I don't know who the new guy doing admin for Trefigin oil is right now, but after thirty years of being their customer and never a disagreement, and being in credit for at least six months every year, he rang up this morning and virtually accused me of not paying my bill! This is less than 24 hours since the oil was delivered and before I had received a bill which would have shown the amount owing minus the credit I had built up, which they have had the benefit of over that time. Well, that is a good way to shed loyal customers.
