Another great petrol station review!
I bought the car along to this one, and went for 20 quids worth of regular unleaded, which went down very well. After a quick check on the tires and oil we left, tired (sorry, couldnt resist it) but happy.

Most pumps are pay at pump. Some don’t work, the receipt printer almost never works. Never any gloves or towels. Staff abrupt at best. Enjoy.

All but 4 petrol pumps are "pay at pump only" with no proper signage informing customers of this. I have a feul card so I cannot pay at pump. Ended up spending 20 minutes trying different pumps. There is no need for that many "pay at pump only" I rather go out of my way than come here again!

Nightmare if you want to pay by cash. How is someone supposed to know ONLY the front ones are both cashier and card. Ridiculous

Elderly staff very rude, signs don’t explain which pumps are for card users and which ones are for kiosk, when challenged, they get aggressive and use the regs of the company and threaten to not supply fuel. Awful experience with staff who think they are untouchable. Unacceptable behaviour.

There is no clear signs where you can use cash to refill fuel tank. You need to go to the kiosk and ask how I can refill with cash!

And the secret answer is FRONT PUMPS ONLY!

Sort it out!
Firstly it's not obvious which ones are pay at pump and cashier. Massive che of people getting g annoyed at this.
Secondly making the front ones both and the back ones pay at pump is stupid, who's idea was that? Fire that person.
Oh and when you pay at pump you can't use your club card. Just fire everyone who made any decision at the petrol station and start again.

Oh and now my card has been charged twice for one transaction! Get it together.

No fuel? Turning off the digital sign and price helps... Simple solutions. The age of the Internet where we can't communicate availability.

Car Wash is also unreliablity isn't funny anymore.
